The Venue
Main Meeting: Twickenham Rugby Stadium, incorporating the Live Room auditorium, the Rose Suite exhibition hall and numerous side rooms used for breakout sessions and production offices.
Accommodation
The Marriot Hotel, Twickenham with additional bedrooms at the Richmond Hill Hotel.
Elements Involved
- On-line registration for all 600 delegates, designed and produced by BWP
- Accommodation and production of all rooming lists
- Total co-ordination by the BWP Logistics team with the venue and hotel teams
- Management of off-site dinners
- Management of on-site dinners plus the complete transformation of the St. George’s Suite within the stadium complex
- On-site catering management of all breaks, lunches and dinners
- Full production in the Live Room auditorium including stage setting, rigging, two-screen video projection, sound and lighting
- Full design of the Rose Suite exhibition area including a 120 PAX presentation area, 4 x 50 PAX breakout pods, catering area and the creation of display spaces throughout the environment
- Video production and co-ordination
- Design and production of all speaker support material – both prior to and during the event
